Jason - have you considered trying to get an FAA representative to talk with you about enforcement actions? It would be interesting to hear what kinds of things they choose to pursue and why...what is their enforcement philosophy (punishment vs. remediation etc.) etc. Maybe they'd be willing to speak in general terms to some exemplary enforcement actions; why was the particular infraction pursued and what was the outcome...

It's a great idea. There is a local FAA inspector who has been very helpful in the past and publishes a newsletter called, 'The Aviator'. I will contact him and see if he would be interested incoming on the show. Thanks!
