hello aviators ...

I got this email this morning and I am planning on answering some of these questions next week in a follow up. While I'm at it, is there anything else you want to hear in the follow up?

Here was the email:

"Great episode on the 5 stages of a landing. I've got my PPL and about
70 hrs total time, but I'm still not satisfied with the quality of my
landings, particularly the flare and touchdown. I was wondering if
you would consider a followup episode on landings.

What I am curious about is how you decide when to abort a landing, and
can you abort from all 5 stages(especially the last 3)?

Can you still consider aborting a landing if you flare too high and
are concerned with the plane coming down really hard. What about once
you're on the ground?

One time I landed somewhat crooked and the plane started rolling
strongly to the left. I braked and got the plane under control and
then made my way back to the centerline, but I wonder if I would have
been better off applying full power and getting airborn again?

Love the show! I can certainly understand if you can't respond to my
specific questions, but I think a followup on landings would be
fantastic!

Cheers. Geoff."

Jason
