I enjoy listening to this song. Is there a deeper spiritual meaning behind it?

Hi paximus,

I've always loved that this song was simple. Some great musician once said that the secret is in the notes you don't play.

Some of my most spiritual moments have come at pretty simple times. Staring into a sunset ... or the ocean ... or being with people I love. I think I was trying to capture all of that. I'm glad you enjoy it! :)

I think that's the way God intended it. For me the simple moment of just enjoying the beauty of the earth from inside the cockpit is a real spiritual experience.

Thanks again for the song as a "Christmas present."

Jason,

It is a pretty sweet song. Baby is on the way - he'll probably be flying with me all his life. I hope you don't mind if I play it as a lullaby, or try to sing it to him.

thanks for your work, sharing your love of flying, music and doing things right.
